Dave is an accomplished non-profit leader, consultant, facilitator, and project manager, who has now joined the JPP team as our newest board member. With a wealth of skills and experiences, Dave brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge to our mission of breaking the cycle of generational poverty. 

Dave's journey in the non-profit sector has been marked by his expertise in individual and group financial counseling/mentoring, non-profit board service, financial management, fundraising, and cooperative development. His background shines as he steps into his role, ready to help elevate JPP's services and organizational structure. 

As a visionary leader, Dave's strategic prowess in business development and partnership cultivation is remarkable. He has honed these skills through years of experience in financial teaching, forecasting, and capital planning, all of which are finely integrated into his approach to building a stronger future for our community. Dave's commitment to collaborative environments is evident, as he passionately drives innovation through his role as Principal Consultant at Pactus Consulting. 

Dave holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in economics from Whittier College. He played a pivotal role for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment as Committee Chair for the Colorado Healthcare Associated Infections, where he continues to make a significant impact. 

Furthermore, Dave's dedication to the betterment of society is evident through his involvement with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Serving as a Board Trustee and a Government Relations Advisory Committee Member, he is actively working towards creating a world free of Multiple Sclerosis. Dave's role as a Self-Help Group Leader for the NMSS Denver Men's MS Self-Help Group underscores his commitment to fostering supportive communities. 

Dave channels the belief of "Rising tides lifts all boats” into his work of helping individuals overcome poverty through financial coaching, corporate work-study programs, and community wealth building. His 25 years of experience working with nonprofit healthcare companies and community-based non-profits, coupled with his financial expertise, make him an invaluable addition to JPP's Board of Directors.
