Jeffco Prosperity Partners (previously Jeffco Human Services Foundation) is a nonprofit, community-based organization created to promote innovations that move families from poverty to prosperity. We partner with initiatives that provide services and opportunities that enable Colorado families to thrive in our community.

Colfax Marathon Fundraiser
Empowering students to achieve high school diplomas and beyond.
We are excited to announce the launch of our Colfax Marathon Fundraiser! Our goal is to raise $5,000 by May 20th to create a memorable celebration for graduating high school seniors. Your support will help us honor our students' achievements and give them the recognition and celebration they deserve.
Celebrating graduation motivates and inspires students to set higher goals and pursue further education and career opportunities. This event is important because it reinforces the belief that their efforts are valued and that they have the potential to succeed.

Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) Program
Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) is a community, supporting families moving from poverty to prosperity. JPP uses a holistic, multi-generation approach to help students earn diplomas and parents reach self-defined prosperity.
On average, families engaged in JPP for a duration of four years have increased their annual income by $32,000.
JPP collaborates with community partners to provide programs that focus on financial literacy, family well-being, job skill development, health and wellness, education, and building social capital.

Ali Van Vooren Lasell - beloved and loving mom, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, friend, and alumni board member of Jeffco Prosperity Partners – was one-of-a-kind! Everyone who knew her was taken by her positive attitude, sense of humor, dedication, and desire to help others.

If you need assistance with food, finding a job, or other support, and are not sure where to turn, Jeffco community partners can help. Click the icons below to access our resource page.
JPP partnered with Gary Community Ventures to help co-design MyFriendBen, a mobile-first assessment tool to connect families to benefits and assistance programs. In less than 10 minutes, families can identify what benefits they are entitled to, as well as the estimated cash value and time to receive those benefits.
