Our Work

Jeffco Human Services Foundation works together with families, local communities, and partners to help families achieve economic stability. Our advocacy efforts focus on policy reform to remove systemic barriers preventing low-income and historically underserved families from accessing quality education, health care, and livable wage employment opportunities.

Jeffco Prosperity Partners

At the forefront of our efforts to combat poverty is our program called Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP). Through JPP, we bring together the strength and support of the community, families, and project partners to collaboratively seek and implement effective solutions.

The purpose of this program is to move low-income families to economic self-sufficiency by improving health and well-being, building economic stability, promoting education and post-secondary education, and advancing employment.

Jeffco Human Services Foundation funds and supports Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) to foster innovations that contribute to a thriving community.
