Season of Giving Fundraiser

Our goal is to raise $10,000 by December 31st to support families in our Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) program as they work to move out of poverty and create a life of prosperity. Your donations will provide coaching for individuals and families, access to quality education, and skill development to secure meaningful employment.

THANK YOU to everyone who kicked off the giving season by donating to our Giving Tuesday campaign! Your donations provide resources, opportunities, and coaching to help families in our Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) program achieve their self-defined goals.

Your Donation Makes a Difference

Families should not have to choose between paying a utility bill and getting groceries for their home. Your contribution can provide emergency assistance for life's unexpected challenges that arise so that families can continue to progress on their goals.

These funds also provide resources like school supplies, pair of glasses (adult glasses are not covered with insurance), clothes for starting a new job, tutoring sessions, car maintenance, and food assistance to help families achieve their goals.

Meet Leah

Leah is an amazing mother of two boys. She currently serves as the Chair of the Jeffco Prosperity Partners Family Council. Leah is passionate about giving back to and supporting other parents who are working to achieve their hopes and dreams. In 2018, Leah completed her bachelor's degree and is currently working as an interior designer in a design build firm that focuses on residential remodels. 

Make Your Gift Go Further with Meta's Match

To celebrate the giving season, Facebook is matching donations up to $100 for new recurring donors until Dec 31, 2022. 

To qualify you must be a new recurring donor and make two consecutive monthly payments of $5 or more. Once you sign up as a recurring donor and make your first donation, Meta will match your donation after your second monthly payment.
