Jeffco Human Services Foundation is a nonprofit, community-based organization on a mission to break the cycle of generational poverty. We partner with initiatives that provide services and opportunities that enable Colorado families to thrive in our community.
We support programs like Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) and additional innovations that work with multi-generational families to overcome barriers, brought on by poverty, to reach self-sufficiency.
#GivingTuesday is November 29th and our goal is to raise $5,000 to support families in the Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) program.
Your donations will provide resources, opportunities, and coaching to families that help them achieve their self-defined goals. Text GIVE to (720) 513-1408.
